Don't throw guys under the bus and tell her that you're not like other
guys. Differentiating yourself like that makes you out to be the worst
kind of weasel. She just wants you to BE A GUY! Stick with the guys.

If she truly believed those negative things about men, she wouldn't
bother saying them - she would simply believe them and avoid men. By
complaining in front of you, it is, as they say in the soap operas, a "cry
for help."

Help her. Show up. She just described her knight-in-shining-armor. Show
up as him - the man she is describing.

If she says "MEN ARE ALL (jerks/just after sex/slobs)" Respond with
"That's a pity - because I'm (a jerk/just after sex/a slob)!"

Counter intuitive, yes. The complete opposite of what you've been doing
